Participants will make a scarecrow and place it along the path at The Rookery where members, and visitors, can vote on their favorite scarecrow. Scarecrows must be submitted for entry by 4:00pm on Thursday, October 24th. Voting begins at 4:30pm on October 24th and goes through Thursday, October 31st.
